Yummy Pancakes
Serves 12-14 pancakes
Ingredients
4oz of plain flour
2 large eggs
200ml of milk and 75ml of water - in the same jug
2 tablespoons of melted butter
Method
Pre-heat the stove
Put flour and eggs into a bowl
Mix them together
Slowly add the milk and water
Make sure there are no lumps and all the flour is off the sides
Add the tablespoons of butter
Stir
Put a little bit of extra butter on the pan to make sure the pancakes don't stick to the pan
When you're ready, put the pancake mix in the pan and cook until it gets a bit bubbly. Then flip. Do the same with the other side.
